Return Policy
Our return policy is very flexible and customer-friendly. We try to accommodate our patrons as much as possible. We welcome replacements under the following conditions:

  • A wrong product has been dispatched, and it does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • A quality or manufacturing defect is identified in the received product.
  • The product is received in a damaged condition.
  • If the product doesn’t fit your desired decor, we will refund the amount of the purchased product after deducting a partial freight cost based on the invoice value as follows:
    • Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999: Rs. 150
    • Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999: Rs. 350
    • Rs. 3000 - Rs. 4999: Rs. 500
    • Rs. 5000 and above: 10% of the order value

Breakages
In case of breakage or transit damage, please send a picture of the product via WhatsApp to +91 9119621109, and it will be taken care of immediately.
Please note: We will require the original packaging with any foam and cushioning for safe return, even if the product is broken, for reference purposes.

Cancellation
As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us at info@townscart.in or reach us at +91 9119621109 within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled/altered after 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, TownsCart reserves the right to deny future orders.

For hand-made products, slight variations in texture, color, and size may occur, which are not considered defects. These natural differences add uniqueness to each product.

For orders above Rs. 20,000, we may request a 25% prepayment of the total invoice amount as a gesture of good faith.
All chairs (except Rocking Chairs) are made to order and require a 25% prepayment of the total invoice amount.

Return Process

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days of receiving the product and is only valid for the following reasons: damaged product, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product. The timeframe starts from the delivery date as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at info@townscart.in or at +91 9119621109(10 AM - 9 PM) to initiate a return.
  2. Please send us two images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) to help us assess the return. You can send the images to info@townscart.in for review by our Quality Assurance team.
  3. We will respond with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days. Once accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup, which usually takes 2-3 working days, and delivery to our warehouse takes 7-10 days. Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the merchandise, and the refund process will begin within 2-3 days. The refund will reflect in your bank account.
  4. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

Points to Remember
Products must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, and invoices. The product should be unused and in its original condition. You will be asked to print three documents for the logistics representative who comes for the pickup.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. Refunds can be made in the form of Store Credits, which are processed immediately upon confirmation and have no expiration date or usage limitations.

Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to your account, while COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (please provide your account details). Please allow 5-6 days for the refund to reflect in your bank statements.
