SHIPPING

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Since our products are highly breakable, we create bespoke wooden packages for our orders. Delivery charges include packaging charges, and only part of the charges are borne by the customer; the rest is covered by us, TownsCart. Shipping is charged based on invoice value as follows:

• Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders
• Free Shipping on COD orders above ₹5000
• Orders between ₹0-₹1000: ₹50 COD Charge
• Orders between ₹1001-₹5000: ₹150 COD + Shipping Charge

DELIVERIES

• All Delhi NCR orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 days of order confirmation by our in-house logistics team.
• All orders for the Rest of India are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and partner information will be sent to you via email upon dispatch of your order. Once dispatched, the order status page on your account will reflect any updates. You can also manually check the status of your orders by using the AWB number sent via email.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please ensure that the shipping address, including the zip code and mobile number, is accurate to guarantee faster and more efficient delivery. If your package is returned to us, please contact us at info@townscart.in or +91 9119621109, and we will resend it once we receive the return.

PAYMENTS

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Orders from non-eligible COD pin codes will not be processed.
• We accept all major debit and credit cards and provide Net Banking options across major banks.

For EMI payment, follow these steps:

1. Choose Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI as the payment option.
2. You will be directed to the Payumoney page, where you can choose to convert your payment into easy EMIs through the following banks:
